True to its Six Senses origins, the wellness approach is holistic with a variety of therapies from Tai Chi, Reiki and oriental massages – there is something for everyone. The Cretan diet is one of the healthiest in the world and there are plenty of choice for you to enjoy at this resort. Menu includes fresh seafood and Greek dishes so expect to find lots vegetables, vibrant salads and fruits. The restaurants, lounges and bars enjoy stunning sea views, either nestled in olive groves or right by the water’s edge.
