Wellness
The retreat will be led by Gabriel who is an experienced yoga teacher and has been working with Aava Resort & Spa for many years. His approach to yoga is a joyful one, combining lightness and humour. He will guide you through your asanas with clear and precise language. He has a great ability to make strangers into friends, chaos into order and physical challenges into experience of comfort. You will feel taller, stronger and younger after each class!
The retreat includes twice daily yoga classes. The morning class will be more active and the evening class will be in style of Yin yoga which is perfect to close the day and feel balanced. All classes are suitable for all levels, beginners are very welcome.

The Deluxe Bungalow's are 25m2.
They have either a queen-size bed or twin beds.
They have spacious en-suite bathrooms and a front terrace.
Facilities include LCD television, air-conditioning, mini bar, day bed, coffee making facilities, safe, telephone, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and Wi-Fi.
The Superior bungalows are 34m2.
They have either a queen-size bed or twin beds.
They have a private en-suite with bath and a private garden terrace.

This villa features direct access to an infinity pool and the beach is only steps away.
There is a large private 11m² terrace. Beds are king-size and the private en-suite has a bathtub and separate shower.

Transfer time by car is approximately 2.5 hours from Krabi Airport (the most popular airport), 1 hour from Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport, 1.5 hours from Surat Thani Airport or it's a 45 minute ferry ride from Koh Samui island.Return airport transfer is free of charge from Surat Thani and Nakhon Si Thammarat Airport. Transfer from Krabi can be arranged at extra cost.
