The Fiuggi method is blending ancient holistic disciplines with modern western medicine and its aim is to promote better health, wellbeing and longevity. Palazzo Fiuggi is founded on science and this is so important to them that they have created an in-house research centre when the best universities collaborate and help them to develop protocols on water, food, genetics and nutraceuticals for wellness guests as well as contribute to research on projects across the world. The health programmes focus on specific goals, but every guest can expect personalisation with precisely tailored treatments that deliver results. Your journey begins with a targeted evaluation and diagnostic consultation, where a team of scientists, doctors and other experts will create a customised plan designed to deliver tangible results.Palazzo Fiuggi is taking an advantage of Fiuggi spring waters and uses it in many of its treatments and programmes. Water's healing powers has been celebrated for over 600 years. Water used as a detoxifier at the start of every program and can also be found in Thalasso pools. It’s been shown that this water has beneficial effect on a variety of ailments and chronic conditions including urinary tract problems, cystitis, pyelonephritis, metabolic disorders, gout and arthritis. It also complements weight-loss, exercise and body balance programmes.
Palazzo Fiuggi wellness and medical spa facilities expand on 6000 SqM. The main swimming pool dates back to 1936 and it’s the first outdoor pool to be built in Europe. The indoor pool connects via tunnel to an outdoor heated pool. The facilities also include 3 thalassotherapy pools, whirpool, saunas and Turkish baths, yoga and Pilates rooms, a private spa suite that cater for couple experience and different treatment rooms offering a huge variety of healing methods and spa treatments. Relaxing Roman therme facility reproduces an experience of traditional Roman baths.

The golf course at Palazzo Fiuggi dates back to 1936 and is considered one of the oldest in Italy. What’s on the menu
The Food Line is a new and completely unique diet concept that successfully targets fat reduction without negatively impacting muscle mass and doesn’t demand guests follow any punishing regimen. Instead, it harnesses the power of essential nutrients and micro-nutrients to create delicious meals that achieve safe weight loss or detox without the usual feelings of hunger. It balances the calorie intake and with targeted programme and personalisation of the meals they try to activate the molecular pathways that stimulates cellular rejuvenation.
Some ingredients are grown in Palazzo’s own vegetable garden, while others are carefully selected from the region’s top producers, supporting the concept of eco-sustainability.
Due to this cconcept neither alcohol or coffee are available at Palazzo Fiuggi.

Nearest airport
Nearest airport is Rome Ciampino which is 46 miles away, car transfer takes about 55 minutes.
You can also fly to Rome Fiumicino which is 67 miles away and transfer will take 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Both airports offer frequent, low-cost flights from all major airports in the UK.
Families, Children & Infants
Only children over 14 are welcome to Palazzo Fiuggi, but in the Spa area they must be always accompanied by an adult. We do not suggest taking kids with you due to the medical nature of the hotel.
