Datu Wellness - Ayurveda retreat

at Datu Wellness - Ayurveda Retreat

Transformational experience which starts with a complete Ayurvedic wellness consultation led by an experienced Vaidya (Ayurvedic physician). As part of retreat offering, you will enjoy massages, Yoga asanas to improve posture and movement, hot spring baths, shiatsu, acupuncture to increase Qi flow, as well as meditation and pranayama sessions for focus, calmness and presence.


Included in your 7 day programme
  • Arrival comprehensive Ayurvedic wellness and diet consultation
  • 5 private treatments/sessions (based on recommendation by Ayurvedic doctor)
  • Full board Ayurvedic meals with guilt-free snacks, water and tea provided throughout the day
  • Unlimited access to daily group activities such as yoga, pranayama, meditation, Yoga nidra, nature walks, talks and much more
  • Use of hotel facilities
  • Retreat wear (kurta)

Approximate check in time is 2pm. We suggest choosing flight that arrives in Italy at noon or later.
