Wellness
The Ashoka Spa takes a holistic view to health and wellness offering a range of rejuvenating spa treatments and therapies inspired by the lifestyle brand ‘Ashoka Ayurveda’. The therapists here will help you to de-stress and help you achieve your wellness goals weather that’s purely to relax or perhaps a yoga focused escape. For those who love or want to try Ayurvedic treatments, head to Alpino Atlantico (5 minutes’ walk away) to enjoy an authentic treatment from the Ayurveda cure centre. Head next door to Galosol to enjoy the fully-equipped gym and daily fitness classes (see sample schedule below).

What’s on the menu
If you pre-book on half board you will have your dinner in Ondamar which is located in Galosol hotel (2 minutes walk).
* Galosol in under refurbishment between Jan to March 2023 so your meals will be served at the Atlantis Restaurant. You can still book on half board basis which will be a set menu.
