The style: Luxury all the way - think cooling marble, beautiful fabrics and furniture, pretty gardens and planting and lots of space to spread out...
The vibe: It's actually very relaxing and you certainly won't feel you have to stand on ceremony despite your plush surroundings! The team are very kind and you'll be able to tuck yourself away in a quiet corner or on the beach when you want some total rest and relaxation
The spa: It's divine - there really is no other word! The Roman-style indoor swimming pool is flooded with light and has recliners all around it. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi pool, 18 treatments rooms, sauna, steam room and a Thalasso pool with jets at various heights to reach all parts of your body plus much more...
The food: There are healthy and delicious choices for all here tastes and you'll love the various styles of the restaurants too. I really liked The Pelagos which is styled like a traditional taverna and lordy the food is yummy - you must try the meatballs!
The fitness: There's a gym with all the necessary shiny equipment but you can also play tennis, take part in group yoga classes and do lots of water sports
The bedrooms: Fresh and airy is the look with modern bathrooms and views across the beautiful grounds or sea. Splash out and upgrade if you are here for a treat or special occasion!
Insider tip: Be sure to try one of the many Thalasso spa treatments. Seawater is incredibly healing and restorative and you will feel tip-top afterwards
Perfect for: Those who like the finer things in life and want quality assured. You definitely get what you pay for - everything is excellent and the service is first class. Could be romantic for couples but I'd go solo too and just spend my days in the spa area - it has everything you could possibly need!
The hotel closes for the winter season on 13 November and re-opens on 3 April 2017
