Delivery Policy and Travel Documents
If an online accommodation booking is made, the website will email out a booking confirmation.
If an online package, (accommodation and a flight), is booked, the invoice/itinerary document will be emailed to the customer within three working days. The accommodation/transfer voucher needs to be printed and presented to the check-in desk of the hotel. On some occasions a separate transfer voucher will be provided to the customer that must be presented to the driver upon request.
Airline policies can differ in terms of documentation that needs to be provided at time of check-in. A booking reference will always be provided along with instructions for where to access an e-ticket or boarding passes for your flight. In the instance where a carrier stipulates a receipt is to be carried and presented at check-in, a separate document will be provided by email.
