After spending several years as a former monk and the past 14 years working as a highly experienced Life Enhancement Mentor at the acclaimed Kamalaya Koh Samui Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa, Sujay Seshadri has a wealth of experience in guiding individuals from across the world to unlock greater depths of inner freedom and happiness.
During his time as a monk, Sujay would immerse himself in hours of meditation, deep spiritual esoteric teachings and healing practices which allowed him to develop a profound understanding of the human mind and the different spiritual states of consciousness. These early pivotal experiences paved the way for his future career as a personal coach and mentor by allowing him to connect with people worldwide on a deeply personal and spiritual level.
Sujay embodies the philosophy that true happiness lies not just in acquiring knowledge, but in applying it to cultivate inner peace and resilience.
