Uma Dinsmore Tuli has been a life long yoga practitioner, discovering the practice at just the age of 4 and teaching since 1994!
With such ample experience her teaching evolved to offer yoga therapy with the aim of reconnecting people to the ecology of self care, which in turn reconnects people with the planet and their planetary responsibility.
As a mother of three herself Uma specialises in therapeutic yoga for women's health, supporting women for all lifestages from fertility, pre and post pregnancy through to menopause. She has written four book on yoga for women. Her best seller, Yoni Shakti is now in its fourth print and has become a must have handbook for women looking to enhance their power through the practices of yoga and tantra.
Uma works internationally, sharing yoga retreats, trainings and empowerments that support the natural arising of Prana Shakti: the Power of Life. Since 2001 she has trained thousands of specialist teachers in Total Yoga Nidra and Women’s Yoga.
