'Kate holds a BSc in Acupuncture from the University of Westminster and has been in private practice since 1998. She is a holistic practitioner who is particularly interested in the emotional role of 'dis-ease' and uses acupuncture, massage, and dietary therapy as part of her treatment.
With over two decades of experience in Chinese Medicine and supervision to support individuals re-balancing physical, emotional and spiritual health, Kate has expanded her offering to include restorative retreats in three stunning locations. A beautiful countryside weekend in Hitchin, an executive wellbeing week in the Swiss Alps and a rest and renew retreat on the sea set in an olive grove in Greece.
At The Way of Living, we focus on empowering busy people to find balance in their lives, allow them to focus on their own health and wellbeing and ultimately step away from their busy schedule to reevaluate their own health journey.
We are passionate about the importance of the simple concepts learnt from the East such as seasonal eating, living in tune with nature and adopting simple practices to find fulfilling purposeful relationships and lives. These concepts have never been more relevant in today's hectic world.'
