The Spa and Sauna tower is extensive with over 5,000 SqM. This includes 6 pools (including heated outdoor, salt water pool, heated infinity pool and thermal indoor pool), whirlpool, different saunas, salt room, steam bath, gym, functional fitness room and different relaxation rooms with water beds, love seats and swings. There is also a meditation/yoga pavilion, climbing wall and a very good schedule of group activities including fitness, yoga or meditation. This part of Italy is great for outdoors adventures so hire a bike or go for a walk in the mountains. Hotel is also organizing a bike shuttle service (chargeable).

What’s on the menu
There is one restaurant and a bar on the property. Restaurant is serving traditional South Tyrol fine dinning cuisine with a seven-course a la carte menu which is included in your full board. Restaurant also has a beautiful outdoor terrace for al-fresco dining and many of the ingredients used on the menu are grown onsite including the wine. Breakfast features a wide selection of hot and cold breakfast options including a live cooking station. There is also a juicer so you can press your own healthy fresh fruit or veg juice. Live cooking demonstrations are showcased for lunch between 2 - 5pm.
There is also a Vita Lounge - is a small enclosed area within the restaurant that is dedicated for those on a retreat or a wellness programme. This is where the Wellness Healing Gourmet Menu is being served. This menu has been designed in conjunction with Mindful Eating experts. The cuisine served is wholefood and predominantly plant-based, blends alkaline-based nutrition with South Tyrolean and Mediterranean influences, the menu is free of gluten, lactose, egg, soy, and sugar and set menu is changing daily. If you find that 6 course dinner is a bit too much for you you can always ask for your potions to be half size.
Alcohol is available at the resort and there is also 'The cellar house' which showcases 400 labels of South Tyrol wine, which is one of the finest wine producing areas.
