What’s on the menu
Food is a key part of a stay at MasQi, guided by the principles of a macrobiotic diet. The focus isn’t on restriction, but education – inspiring guests to eat well, care for themselves long after they return home, and discover new ingredients along the way.
Ingredients are organic and of the highest quality, with vegetables sourced from trusted organic growers in the Valencia region. The cuisine is largely plant-based, with occasional additions of wild fish, carefully selected from the Alicante fish market.
From time to time, MasQi hosts themed dining experiences – from blindfold dinners to esoteric evenings or menus inspired by different countries and cultures.
Location
MasQi sits deep in the Mariola mountain range within the protected Sierra de Mariola Natural Park, between Alicante and Valencia. Despite its sense of escape, MasQi remains easy to reach. Alicante Airport is a 60-minute drive away.
