What is the SHA Method?

Learn how to prepare and cook SHA’s signature meals and their healthy gastronomic secrets. The studio is very popular, so you must book in advance to secure your place. The group classes are daily with different themes depending on the day of the week and themes such as seasonal cooking, energy breakfast, detox cooking, healthy desserts and plant-based options. There is also private classes if you want a more personalised session.
- Mind & Body
Relax your whole self with the daily schedule of group yoga, mindfulness, Tai Chi and meditation sessions. These exercises are designed to connect mental tranquillity and body energy.
- Fitness
The personal trainers will help you exercise, keep your body in shape and give you that kick start that you need. Enjoy the popular morning hikes to the beach and lighthouse, aqua gym, the state-of-the-art fitness centre, Pilates and kick-boxing. All are designed to get your heart beating.
- Entertainment
Relax at the end of the day in the cinema room where you can enjoy educational documentaries and movies.
