Sen Wellness Package 7 day programme
- Initial Ayurvedic consultation with daily support (with an Ayurvedic doctor)
- Daily personalised Ayurvedic treatments (90 minutes treatment time as prescribed by Ayurvedic doctor, up to 3 treatments a day)
- 1 Acupuncture session (for longer stays and if recommended by doctor)
- 1 Private yoga or 1 Buddhist monk meditation session (45 minutes) – with min. stay 7 nights
- Daily group yoga sessions - 2 a day (a mix of Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, restorative & Yin, 60-90 min each - subject to the resident teacher and their style of practice
- Sound healing and meditation (30 minutes, subject to availability)
- Access to workshops, talks and activities (subject to availability)
- Access to group cooking class (approx once a week)
- Access to group excursions (such as lagoon boat rides, turtle-watching – depending on season -, Buddhist temple, approx. 3 per week)

The retreat is located on the southern coast of the island near Tangalle amid lush, unspoilt nature and within walking distance of a beautiful, sweeping sandy beach.
When to go
Weather remains warm and sunny throughout most of the year. Best time to visit is from December to March. The most rainfall is in June.
