What’s on the menu
Dining at the retreat is a vibrant celebration of wholesome, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Inspired by ancient Vedic philosophy and supported by modern nutritional science, each meal is designed to nourish, energise, and promote overall well-being. Rich in antioxidants and primarily plant-based, the menu also includes high-quality animal protein options. Embracing an earth-to-table concept, the chefs source ingredients from local farms and the retreat’s own organic vegetable gardens.
To create the perfect dining atmosphere, spaces are thoughtfully divided between long and short-stay guests. Those on dedicated well-being programs (long-stay guests) enjoy personalised menus at Green Table, while guests on shorter packages dine at Ojas and Vyoma. Ojas offers all-day family dining with plant-based soups, Mediterranean dishes, lean meats, and curries, while Vyoma specializes in freshly baked bread, wholesome sandwiches, sourdough pizzas, and homemade ice cream.
For a more relaxed experience, guests can unwind at the Library Lounge, savoring guilt-free, nutrient-packed drinks. There is no alcohol available at the retreat.
