PROGRAMME

Flexible Fitness

at AMARA

Our signature flexible fitness programme gives you a choice of 3 fitness activities of your choice. Each class is 60 minutes long and you can mix and match the way you like. Increase your overall fitness, try something new or simply have fun! Programme also includes body mass analysis of your body followed by a personalised training session and a take home training plan. Minimum stay is 4 nights.
Included in your 4 day programme
  • BMI analysis & Personal training session with take home training plan (80 minutes)
  • 1 Deep tissue massage (50 minutes)
  • 3 Private sessions (60 minutes each), choice of:
  • - Yoga
  • - TRX Suspension Training
  • - Personal training 
  • - Kettle bell
  • - Circuit
  • Complimentary access to all group fitness classes (exclusive to Wellbeing Escapes, as per weekly schedule)
  • Access to gym area, tennis court, indoor pool with whirpool, mixed sauna for all hotel guests
  • Access to aroma sauna, spa sea water pool, tepidarium, caldarium and laconium, ice fountain and relaxation area (complimentary if you book with a spa programme, normally chargeable) 
  • Daily breakfast

  • Discount on the room price for single clients (if booked with pre-purchased spa package)
  • Free participation in group fitness classes (as per schedule, normally chargeable at €15 per class)
  • Loyalty guests - for those who visited the hotel with us in the past: all above + flowers in the room upon arrival, bottle of red wine, fruit platter and early check-in at 10am, late check-out at 4pm (subject to availability)
