Recognised as one of Europe’s leading wellness destinations, Euphoria has won multiple accolades, including Greece’s Best Wellness Retreat at the World Spa Awards, the Condé Nast Traveller Wellness & Spa Award, and inclusion in the Top 100 Spas of the World list. It's also regularly featured in the press. And it's all testament to its offering, which combines evidence-based, science-driven therapies with mind-body-spirit approaches inspired by Taoist, Hellenic, Chinese and Hippocratic medicine.
Personalised plans include fitness assessments, metabolic and 3GL testing, energy work, mental coaching, spa treatments, and nutrition tailored to your biomarkers, ensuring measurable improvements in health, energy and balance. As for the spa itself? It’s a sanctuary for the senses, with a cave-like indoor-outdoor pool complete with a calming soundtrack, and a myriad of treatment rooms.
Just so you know, Euphoria is an adults-only environment. Mature guests aged 14 and over may be considered and will be classified as adults.
The holistic approach at Euphoria is designed to be transformative on all levels, restoring physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. Through personalised treatments, consultations, tailored nutrition, physical exercise and mental coaching, guests are supported in detoxifying from environmental pollutants, rebalancing emotional wellbeing and reconnecting with their full potential – the retreat’s definition of true ‘euphoria’.
Euphoria’s spa philosophy blends East and West, drawing on ancient Hellenic medicine alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine. A 3GL test, carried out at the start of your stay via a simple fingertip blood test, assesses glycogen, glucose and glutathione to inform your personalised programme.
In addition to structured wellness programmes, the four-floor spa offers a huge selection of treatments including massages, facials, body therapies, acupuncture, health consultations and subtle energy work, such as Reiki.
Facilities are extensive, with indoor and outdoor pools – one inspired by Istanbul’s Hagia Sophia mosque, with a cave-like interior and domed ceiling – thermal and hydrotherapy areas, movement studios, yoga shalas, forest-side outdoor gym and specialist Pilates equipment. There’s also a generous weekly activity schedule you can dip in and out of as you like.
A climate resilience tax applies: €4 per night from 1 January to 31 March and 1 November to 31 December, €15 per night from 1 April to 31 October.
Transfer times are around one hour from Kalamata Airport and three hours from Athens International Airport.
