About Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda

Perched high above Lake Garda, this showstopper of a resort pairs clean, contemporary architecture with olive-dotted terraces and sweeping views of the Riviera dei Limoni. The atmosphere is quietly luxurious – think design-led, light-filled spaces, with natural materials and a strong connection to the surrounding parkland.

Wellness seekers are well catered for here. So much so, the retreat's been featured in the likes of Hello! magazine. The 4,300-metre spa follows the Lefay Spa Method, which combines classic Chinese medicine with modern practices to restore energy and balance. Guests can enjoy multiple saunas, float therapy, and pools – including an outdoor infinity number with breathtaking views.

Treatments range from acupuncture and moxibustion to physiotherapy, bespoke massages and rituals using Lefay’s own botanical skincare line. There’s also a 24-hour Technogym-equipped fitness centre, and two restaurants serving wholesome Mediterranean cuisine.

Children of all ages are welcome at Lefay in the Family Suites. A kids' club is available for three to 11-year-olds.

Wellness at Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda

Fusing the principles of classic Chinese medicine with Western science, the Lefay Spa Method focuses on restoring energy and supporting long-term wellbeing. After an initial examination, the expert team tailors treatments, classes and guidance to your personal goals. 

There's a variety of programmes to choose from, designed around areas such as fitness, weight management, osteopathy, sleep and stress relief. Alternatively, our stay-only package lets you pick and choose the wellness offerings that suit you.

The 4,300-metre spa includes cosy treatment rooms, an adults-only zone with a whirlpool (open April to October), a panoramic Finnish sauna, the Acquamoon temperate waterfall, and a dedicated relaxation space featuring phytotherapy. There’s also an indoor–outdoor pool heated to a toasty 36 degrees all year round, in addition to an outdoor infinity pool set to 28 degrees (open April to October). Additional facilities include a tennis court and running circuit.

What’s on the menu?

The resort’s gourmet cuisine leans into the Mediterranean diet, using seasonal local produce, fragrant herbs and the estate’s own organic extra-virgin olive oil. Expect bright, honest Italian flavours. 

By day, the pool bar serves refreshing drinks and light bites, come evening, the lounge bar offers mocktails and live piano music.

La Limonaia includes a dedicated dining area for wellness guests following the spa or personalised menus. These tailored menus – designed by Lefay nutritionists and chefs – support detox or weight-loss programmes while reflecting your tastes and nutritional needs. Guests on a spa programme also receive a personalised tea blend to enjoy during their stay.

La Limonaia
The main restaurant, where buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch and dinner are served daily. If you're following a health programme, you’ll dine here. The menu focuses on Italian classics with a modern twist, combining familiar flavours with lighter, balanced dishes.
Fresh pasta with seafood and tomatoes
Gramen
This plant-based restaurant serves a fully vegetarian and vegan menu, with no meat or dairy in sight. Its tasting menus draw inspiration from the surrounding Energy and Therapeutic Garden, which is divided into five zones of cultivated and wild herbs. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

There are 96 spacious suites here, each with a view of the glittering lake and mountain surrounds. Décor is calming and contemporary, with neutral tones and pops of sky-blue courtesy of the soft furnishings. A city tax of €5 per person, per night is payable on checkout.

The hotel is on the Riviera dei Limoni, the western shore of Lake Garda famed for its mild microclimate and terraced lemon groves. The nearest airport is Verona, a one-and-a-half-hour drive from the resort. You can also fly into Milan, a two-hour drive away.

Le Fay excellent for short spa break - resort facilities and services superb.Views, surroundings, food, treatments,gym area, rooms, comfort level, staff all wonderful and exactly what I hoped for. The outdoor 25m infinity pool impressive. As the journey there not too laborious we arrived home still enjoying the benefits of the holiday.
