Get to know Candice Van Eeden, a dedicated mindfulness and wellbeing coach who guides guests towards emotional balance, resilience, and lasting transformation.

Candice Van Eeden, also known as the Wellbeing Chef, is a nutritional therapist from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and has been practicing since 2013. Her specialism is weight loss and re-balancing of sluggish digestion. She also works with clients with IBS and those suffering with inflammation, and is a private chef and certified coach.
Her approach is simple – wellness should start at home, with your diet and the way you prepare food. It's why her recipes only use ingredients which you can easily find in your kitchen cupboards. She recommends Mediterranean and low GI diets, as well as alkaline wholefood supplements to correct the digestion. There is no calorie counting, no meal replacements and all food groups are included!
Candice has been one of our favoured nutritionists over the years, and used to run our healthy cooking workshops. She is passionate about using food as medicine in a practical and easy way, and her green smoothies were a firm favourite with our clients as a fast and easy way of achieving nutrient dense nourishment.
Candice provides a holistic approach to her personal consultations, leaning on her naturopathic training. For those not familiar with Naturopathy, it is a healing approach using natural therapies (including diet), and treats the individual as a whole looking for the root cause.
Candice can help create individual health programmes for the following conditions:
