Wellbeing means something different to everyone. For some, it’s about slowing down and finding space to breathe again. For others, it’s reconnecting with themselves emotionally, learning healthier habits or simply spending time in an environment that feels calm, uplifting and restorative.
From 19 – 28 June 2026, Euphoria Retreat invites guests to experience wellbeing in a more meaningful and holistic way through its 2026 Wellbeing Festival: Macrozoe.
Set in the heart of the Peloponnese, the festival brings together inspiring practitioners and experts in movement, mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, nutrition and holistic health for an immersive celebration of modern wellbeing.
Inspired by the Ancient Greek philosophy of Macrozoe — the art of living well — the festival combines modern wellness practices with emotional and spiritual wellbeing in a way that feels grounding rather than overwhelming.
Unlike wellbeing events focused purely on optimisation or performance, Euphoria’s approach is softer, more human and deeply restorative.
Guests are free to experience the festival in their own way, moving between workshops, talks, healing sessions and movement classes depending on what they feel drawn to in the moment.
The result is a wellbeing experience designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself.
Think sunrise yoga overlooking the hills of the Peloponnese, nourishing breakfasts on the terrace and expert-led sessions exploring everything from emotional wellbeing and mindfulness to movement, nutrition and holistic health.
In between workshops and treatments, there’s time to slow down — whether that means relaxing by the pool, experiencing Euphoria’s atmospheric spa facilities or simply connecting with like-minded people over healthy Mediterranean food.
As the evenings unfold, the atmosphere becomes softer and more reflective, with meditation, music, healing sessions and shared experiences designed to restore both body and mind.
This year’s festival features an inspiring line-up of internationally recognised practitioners and thought leaders across yoga, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing.
Among the names announced is Tiffany Cruikshank, founder of Yoga Medicine®, known for combining therapeutic yoga with modern scientific research.
Throughout the festival, guests can explore a variety of experiences designed to support balance, vitality, emotional wellbeing and self-awareness — while still leaving space for enjoyment, rest and connection.
Set beneath Mount Taygetus near the UNESCO site of Mystras, Euphoria Retreat has become one of Europe’s most respected holistic wellness destinations.
Its philosophy blends Ancient Greek and Chinese healing traditions with modern wellbeing practices, creating an approach that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Alongside personalised wellness programmes, guests can experience one of Europe’s most atmospheric spas, complete with its striking spherical pool, Byzantine hammam and deeply calming design.
For many guests, Euphoria offers something increasingly rare: the opportunity to truly slow down and reconnect with themselves.
The Macrozoe Wellbeing Festival takes place from 19 – 28 June 2026 and is available exclusively to hotel guests staying a minimum of three nights.
Festival access starts from €320 per person, per day, including all festival activities, daily lunch at GAIA Restaurant and access to Euphoria’s spa facilities, excluding accommodation.
Guests booking selected wellness programmes of five nights or more receive complimentary festival access.
The festival is ideal for anyone looking to explore wellbeing in a more meaningful way — whether you are already immersed in the wellness world or simply searching for a healthier balance in everyday life.
You may come away with new perspectives, healthier habits or simply a renewed sense of energy and calm.
Most importantly, the experience is designed to feel supportive, welcoming and inspiring.
