Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary is situated towards the south of the tropical island of Koh Samui in Thailand. This idyllic getaway was built around a cave that as once used by Buddhist monks, so this resort really does have wellness and serenity at its core.

The nearest airport is the Koh Samui airport, and transfers from here to the resort only take 40 minutes by car. Flights to this airport are approximately every hour from Bangkok, with other direct flights also coming in from Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. To make sure you have a smooth of a transfer as possible, Kamalaya provide airport transfers to and from the resort as part of their programme inclusions.

This resort hosts over 70 therapists that include nutritionists, naturopaths, yoga teachers, nurses and massage therapists, we are confident you will find exactly what you are looking for. All at your fingertips, this host of therapists are there to help you with a multitude of issues across 25 general treatment rooms, 7 BIA and consultation rooms, 7 TCM rooms, 4 plunge pools, 4 foot massage stations, 3 infrared saunas, 2 Ayurvedic rooms, 2 steam caverns and a 25 metre outdoor pool.

One of the absolute musts when visiting, is taking a trip to the spa at Kamalaya. This spa appreciates the beauty and natural calming nature of its gorgeous surroundings, and to fully utilise this, the spa offers open-air treatment rooms for you to take in what Thailand has to offer, all whilst pampering your body. Treatments include a Lotus scrub and wrap, Traditional Asisan hand massage, Vital essence oil massage and Sodashi thermal infusing facial to name a few, we are sure there is something that will tingle your senses.

If you are looking for something to awaken your body and mind, Kamalaya also provide a wide range of fitness and activities. Within the resort you can turn your hand to cooking classes, movie nights, the on-site library, swimming, kayaking, pilates, meditation, yoga and stand up paddling.
