Manaltheeram is set on the west coast of beautiful Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda. It overlooks a sandy beach so you have panoramic views of the coastline and the gardens are full of swaying coconut trees. It’s the perfect place to escape modern life and find a new rhythm with daily yoga and treatments. This truly authentic Ayurveda retreat has been welcoming guests for over 20 years with a very pure Ayurvedic philosophy and you will experience a high level of nurturing. The expert team are very knowledgeable and their numerous awards over the years are testament to the high esteem in which they are held. It has won many awards over the years including 'Best Ayurveda Wellness Centre' an impressive 4 years in a row so it's no wonder our client's return year after year.
