Wellness
The Ayurveda centre has a team of doctors trained in the science of Ayurveda. The treatment rooms are private cubicles lit by candles and the treatments use a range of natural herbal medicines and warm oils. Women have female doctors and therapists and men have male ones.
There are no whirlpools or saunas here – just authentic, healing Ayurveda.
Facilities include 20 treatment rooms, swimming pool, yoga studio and open air yoga shala.

There are 61 rooms dotted throughout the gardens all with views across the gardens or beach. We recommend upgrading to the Garden or Special Cottages as these are stand-alone huts and are very comfortable. TV's and air conditioning is not included but can be requested for an additional fee.
The Standard Rooms are 18m2 and they are they are attached to each other and have a small terrace in front of the room

What’s on the menu
The food is vegetarian and wholly Aurvedic. It's grown locally and you can expect a delicious selection of curries, soups and salads. Each buffet dish is labelled with the dosha that is it suitable for so that you can easily choose the correct ones for your dosha (a doctor will diagnose this at the start of your stay). There is also an a la carte menu.

Nearest airport
The transfer time from Trivandrum (Thiruvanathapuram) International Airport is approx 30 minutes by car. There are no direct flights from the UK. You can fly with Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, and many other flight providers. Most of them are stopping over in the Middle East. Jet Airways flies directly to Mumbai.
