Boasting the largest spa in Vietnam with multiple awards, TIA Wellness Centre really is the jewel in the resort's crown. The spa’s four wellness pillars are nourish, flow, breath and create with all programmes aimed to support relaxation, creative expression and living a meaningful life. The emphasis here is far more than providing relaxation but to go beyond and provide authentic wellness which equips guests with the tools needed to rejuvenate and enhance their lives beyond their stay. You will be taught how to break free from bad habits to upgrade your diet, calming breathing techniques and learning how to manage stress.
Products used in the treatments are natural and from local ingredients. For a deeper dive in to self discovery take advantage of the life coaching sessions which can be continued online when you return home.
You can chose from two different stay options - Wellness Inclusive package or Retreat Inclusive package. While the Wellness Inclusive stay is a great taster of TIA with 2 daily spa treatments and breakfast, the Retreat inclusive package offers more comprehensive stay for those who wish to dive deeper into holistic wellness with plant-based full board, 2 daily spa treatments and 1 therapy such as reiki, sound healing crystal therapy or hot & cold therapy.

What’s on the menu
Location
TIA is offering a wellness shuttle bus to Hoi An. This is operating every day at 11am and 4pm.
**There is construction next to the resort although the noise disruption is none at present**
Nearest airport
The transfer time is only 15 minutes from Da Nang airport. There are no direct flights to Da Nang. We suggested stopping over in Hanoi or fly via Hong Kong or Singapore.
Families, Children & Infants
