Overview
The clue is in the name of this wellness-focused all-inclusive. BodyHoliday is a sprawling resort cloaked in tropical gardens and fronted by a beautiful beach, and its focus is on helping guests feel good – whether that’s through Ayurvedic massage, cardio sessions on the sand, or Asian fusion cuisine.
Central to the resort’s philosophy for a healthy holiday is its wellness pillars, which include therapeutic care, nutrition, exercise and relaxation. As such, the facilities list is lengthy and impressive. Along with a chic Elemis spa, there’s a well-equipped fitness centre, watersports hub, a trio of stylish restaurants, and an ocean-facing swimming pool – not to mention an action-packed daily activities timetable. A wonderful bonus is the complimentary 50-minute spa treatment – included in each full day of your stay.
With so much going on, plus communal tables designed for socialising, this is a great option for solo travellers looking to meet other guests. It’s also a family friendly hotel, with over 12s welcome.
