Lefay Resort & Spa is hidden away on a private estate perched on the edge of Lake Garda. Fusing the principles of classic Chinese medicine with Western science, Lefay Spa Method aims to boost energy levels and leave you feeling rejuvenated. A team of experts will work with you to help you achieve personal wellness goals through an examinations, treatments and fitness classes. The spa itself is beautifully designed to help you escape daily stresses.The SPA will be 4.300 sqm with the “Adults Only SPA” wellness area that includes: Whirlpool with water temperature (open April – Oct), Finnish Panoramic Sauna, the Acquamoon (Temperate waterfall), 2 Course rooms and a dedicated relaxation area with phytotherapy. The indoor/outdoor pool is heated to 36 degrees.
Lefay's outdoor infinity pool is open from April to end of October and its temperature is set to 28 degrees all season long.

What’s on the menu
The gourmet food is prepared using many local ingredients based on a Mediterranean diet rich in organic extra-virgin olive oil (which they produce themselves), citrus fruits and local herbs. Everything is seasonal and incorporates the delicious Italian flavours. There is a pool bar serving refreshing drinks and snacks throughout the day and in the evenings head to the lounge bar for a mocktail and live piano music.
There is a separate section in La Limonaia restaurant dedicated to wellness guests who are eating from the spa menu or the personalised menu. There is a personalised menu for those guests who are doing Lefay's Detox or Weight loss programme. These menus are build by nutritionists and Chefs and specifically designed for guests' personal tastes and what the body needs.
If you are on a spa programme a personalised tea is also included for you.
La Limonaia
The main restaurant where buffet breakfast, a la carte lunch and dinner is served here. You will eat here if you are doing a health programme. On the menu you will find Italian classics with a modern twist.
Gramen
Restaurant with no meat or dairy products on the menu, all gourmet dishes are either vegetarian or vegan. The tasting menus are inspired by the Energy and Therapeutic Garden that surrounds the restaurant: five areas with different cultivated or wild herbs. Open daily except Monday and Tuesday.

The transfer is approximately 2 hours from Milan Linate Airport or 2.5 hours from Milan Malpensa Airport by car. The flight time is approximately 2 hours from London to Milan. There are also flights to Verona. The transfer is approximately 1.5 hours from Verona Airport.

A totally fabulous experience!
Our week long stay was memorable-beautiful location,very well appointed and maintained resort of the highest quality.
The staff,many of whom have worked there for 5 plus years,are a delight and well trained.
We booked their 5 day Stress Relief Programme which was grounded in Chinese medicine and felt the benefit of our tailor made programmes.
We followed the Spa menu in the restaurant which accompanied our programme which is designed to rest the gut and is fish and vegetarian based which was delicious.
