SPA at Penha Longa Resort, designed by the Zen philosophy teachings, occupies an entire building (1500 SqM) and delivers a true wellness experience. Penha Longa Spa & Wellness has been awarded by the World Luxury Spa Awards as 'The Best Southern European Luxury Resort Spa 2019 & 2020'. Spa menu includes a range of relaxing spa treatments including hot stone, aromatherapy, deep tissue or therapeutic massages, luxury facials, body therapies and physical activities. Products used for treatments are prestigious luxury brand Natura Bissé which was named 'World Best Spa Brand' at 2020 World's spa awards. Try Lomi Juma ritual by Natura Bissé which is a ritual of harmony, balance, and well-being inspired by the ancient practices of the Pacific and Mediterranean massages, aimed at releasing the primary sources of energy and restoring the balance between body and mind using highly nutritious citric balms.Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, 2 relaxation areas, 9 treatment rooms, tennis and squash courts, fitness centre and an exclusive zen garden with soaking tub, a plunge pool and three-metre waterfall. What’s on the menu
Eneko Lisboa & Basque, are actually located in Lisbon and Forte da Cruz is in Estoril.
If you book your stay on half or full board meals you will be able to take your meals at Penha Longa Mercatto, Arola or Spices. Menu is based on Chef's daily suggestions. Please note that for dining on Saturday there will be an additional supplement applicable on top of your half/full board.

Families, Children & Infants
Families with kids are welcome. Hotel has a mini golf, playground and a kids' club with range of fun activities. Kid's menu is available at most restaurants and spa menu with treatments for children is also available at the Spa. Baby sitting available upon request. Access to spa is from young adults aged 16 and over.
