Anassa’s Thalassa Spa is a spa with a holistic twist. Relaxing Thalassotherapy uses the restorative benefits of seawater and maritime climate. Treatments are aimed to help rejuvenate, gently detoxify and aid sleep. The spa has been named ‘Best Overseas Hotel Spa’ and ranked 15th in The World’s Top 100 in the Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Awards in 2018.
Facilities include a roman-style indoor pool, saltwater exercise pool, 8 treatment rooms, salt water jets, saunas, steam baths, fitness and yoga room.

What’s on the menu
The food at Anassa is a culinary experience. The dedicated chefs use highly seasonal foods from their herb garden and fresh farm produce sourced from local villages around Polis. Dishes here respect a deep-rooted tradition so Cypriot delicacies are a speciality. There is a good variety of restaurants and bars offering fine dining, a buffet and a terrace to take in those incredible sea views. There is also a weekly beach BBQ showcasing casual culture.
