Anassa is a privately owned and family-run, luxury hotel located in a quiet part of Cyprus. Anassa means ’’Queen” in ancient Greek and this name sums up the resort! Anassa’s Thalassa Spa received a numerous awards over the years and rightly so! They mix Thalassotherapy, which uses the restorative benefits of seawater and maritime climate, with traditional Cypriot philosophies and created spa that is holistic and pure. Spa treatments and therapies are aimed to help rejuvenate, gently detoxify and aid sleep. You can enjoy variety of rituals and massages and non invasive facials. Spa is using award winning products from Augustinus Bader and Subtle Energies. 


Spa facilities include a roman-style indoor pool, seawater exercise jet pool, saunas, steam baths, fitness and yoga room. The Studio Suites are 47m2 and are located in the main building with views of the sea. They have a king-sized beds or twin beds and seating area. Each suite has a private balcony with seating area.

The Garden Studio Suite is 49m2 and is located away from the main building in a 'village square', accessed via winding footpaths. These suites have a garden location with a balcony and views of the gardens, hillside and front line sea views. They have a king-sized bed or twin beds and a seating area.

Each has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, bathrobe, slippers and hairdryer.

What’s on the menu

The food at Anassa is a culinary experience. The dedicated chefs use highly seasonal foods from their herb garden and fresh farm produce sourced from local villages around Polis. Anassa is the only hotel in Cyprus that makes their own cheese, breads, pastries, jams and sauces onsite. Dishes here respect a deep-rooted tradition so Cypriot delicacies are a specialty. There is a good variety of restaurants and bars offering fine dining, a buffet and a terrace to take in those incredible sea views. Restaurants are open on rotation and not all restaurants are open every day. here is also a weekly beach BBQ showcasing casual culture.

Location

Anassa is in north-west Cyprus. Undoubtedly it's one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of the island. Anassa’s location is secluded with direct blue flag beach access. The nearest village is Latchi, which is a 5 minutes drive away.

Nearest airport

The transfer time is 45 minutes from Paphos Airport or 2 hours from Larnaca airport by car. We suggest going to Paphos. The flight time is approximately 5 hours from London. There are plenty of daily flights from all major UK airports in the summer season and some flights in winter months.
