Wellness
Six Senses Laamu spa is set right on the beach with an incredible view of the ocean or tucked away in the exotic lush vegetation for more privacy. Six Senses brand ensures that treatments are top notch and this resort is no different. Six Senses philosophy don't follow fads. It is about using a smart technology to personalise your spa treatment or design programme for your particular needs. Available is wellness screening which is non-invasive analysis measuring your key biomarkers which are then discussed with the in-house expert. Another highlight is the movement efficiency test. This system integrates sports science and cutting-edge technology and helps a personal trainer look at your movement patterns and identify areas of strength and weakness. Afterwards, they design a workout plan that optimises your training performance and reduces the risk of injury, and ensures that your body is aligned.
You will be able to enjoy local Maldivian treatments, restorative facials, Ayurvedic therapies and award-winning signature treatments. For example the Laamu Kaashi Theyo treatment will revive and rehydrate your skin (yes, you will need that after all that sunbathing) using ingredients from local coconuts. It begins with body scrub and cocoon, followed by relaxing massage to release all the tension from your upper back, neck and shoulders. Sounds divine!
Lifestyle consultations and specialised holistic sessions can also be arranged. Resort often hosts visiting practitioners so you can dive deepen into holistic wellness and achieve optimum wellbeing.
