Wellness
There is a holistic approach to healing here, designed to tune into your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. The therapists are authentic Balinese healers using ancient wisdoms passed down from direct lineages. The methods used for healing include deep bodywork, meditation, pranic energy healing and chakra balancing. Acknowledging and respecting your individuality, all programmes are personalised to guide you on your healing path. Retreats are based on a combination of Balinese healing (rituals for purification, balancing and regeneration); Living foods (for life invigoration) and Sacred arts (for inner strength, alignment and dedication).
The emphasis for the beauty treatments is on authentic village remedies, capturing the healing powers of plants. All the treatments are freshly prepared onsite from indigenous raw ingredients such as frangipani blossoms, aloe vera, coconut oil and salt crystals.
