The expert therapist team will tailor programmes for individual needs so you can achieve your personal wellness goal. Your stay will start with consultations including dietician, naturopath and osteopath. The Shape Club diets follows a philosophy guided by the famous French Doctor Jacques Fricker, who has developed a three-step method that has stood the test of time and trends. Called the «TGV» method, it’s an approach that’s appreciated by many as it’s based on a balanced diet, flexible, and lets you continue to enjoy the pleasure of eating. What’s on the menu
If you are on one of the wellness programs you will be prescribed a personalised full board menu throughout your programme duration. As head chef at Lily of the Valley is Vincent Maillard who learned the profession with some of the greatest chefs, including Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse.

Nearest airport
You can fly to Cannes which is 80 minutes drive away, Nice airport is about 90 minutes or Marseilles takes about 2 hours.There is an option to fly to Toulon - Hyeres or La Mole airports but these mainly serve domestic routes.
Hotel can be also reached by a helicopter in 20 minutes from Nice. This transfer can be arranged on request.
