Looking for a results-driven approach in a relaxed environment? You can lose weight while enjoying yourself at this ultra-chic hilltop resort, which combines its innovative Shape Club with stylish design by Philippe Starck, a private sandy beach and easy access to Riviera hotspots like Saint-Tropez.
Lily of the Valley is a luxe wellness hotel on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, overlooking the glittering Mediterranean Sea. Designed by Philippe Starck, its architecture is inspired by the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, with buildings cloaked in cascading greenery, and interiors showcasing natural materials, retro prints and bohemian shades of mocha and terracotta.
The hotel’s best known for The Shape Club, a signature wellness concept that focuses on sustainable weight loss without sacrificing enjoyment. Programmes combine personalised support from expert practitioners with tailored treatments, fitness, outdoor activities and carefully designed cuisine that’s both nourishing and delicious.
Beyond the wellness programmes, guests can enjoy hiking, cycling and watersports, or simply unwind on pinstriped daybeds on the chic pool terrace. The beautiful Gigaro Beach is just a five-minute walk away, where the hotel has its own private beach club with a restaurant and sun loungers. For a change of pace, Saint-Tropez and other Riviera favourites are within easy reach.
Just so you know, children of all ages are welcome at Lily of the Valley, although the hotel is primarily geared towards adults due to its wellness focus. Baby cots are available on request, and families with one child can be accommodated in the suites. There’s no babysitting service or kids’ club, and access to the Wellness Village is restricted to guests aged 14 and over.
The hotel is closed between 7 and 26 December 2026.
With 2,000 square metres dedicated to sport, wellness and getting in shape, The Shape Club shows you a healthy way to achieve rapid and long-lasting weight loss according to your needs and preferences. The method is built around four key pillars: targeted treatments, fitness activities, weight-loss cuisine and ongoing monitoring.
Programmes focus on the likes of sports, weight loss, detox and ageing, and are personalised by an expert team of therapists. Each begins with in-depth consultations with a dietician, naturopath and osteopath. Nutrition follows the philosophy of renowned French doctor, Jacques Fricker, and his proven three-step TGV method – a balanced, flexible approach that supports results while preserving the pleasure of eating. Meal plans are adapted to personal goals, with a final evaluation and lifestyle and dietary guidance provided to take home.
Facilities include a Technogym-equipped gym, two pools including a 25-metre heated lap pool, seven treatment rooms, two saunas, a steam room, large hammam, snow shower, ice fountain, relaxation room and herbal tearoom. Reformer Pilates is also available.
