Newly open in 2020, The V SPA & Wellness centre belief is that nature holds the key to harmonious healing. The Spa team has taken the very best of nature's own ingredients and brought them to us via range of spa treatments and products. This spa has something for everyone. Come here for a pampering weekend spa break or go deeper with their medical support. You can choose from 3 in-depth programmes - anti-age, weight loss and stress management which include medical activities and consultations with doctors.Wellness centre facilities feature 25 treatment and consultation rooms, 2 heated swimming pools (Aqua pool 18m and Vitality 14m), indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, Finnish, Turkish and Russian sauna, 3 season showers, aroma relaxation room, flotation tank, Himalayan salt room, water reflexology, grotto, beauty salon, yoga (indoor and outdoor shala) and fitness studio and a gym.
If you get hungry there is a Japanese restaurant and a healthy snack bar.

What’s on the menu
However, if you are health conscious or booked on a specific wellness programme, there is a restaurant in the V Spa serving healthy Japanese food with a touch of Ayurveda. Menus are created by professional dietitian and you can follow either a holistic (Ayurvedic) or conventional methodology. Menu offers a variety of progressive nutritional dishes with an emphasis on sensational flavours and aromas.
