Overview
You’ll stay in a beautiful clifftop villa with an outdoor pool, terrace and communal spaces, and superb views of the Aegean Sea. The retreat also features special experiences, such as visits to a traditional Greek fish taverna and a local organic farm.
With small groups of eight participants maximum (four minimum), this retreat allows you to stay active, unwind, and fully engage with the local environment – while making new friends along the way. Spaces are limited for the two 2026 dates, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Just so you know, all activities are optional and suitable for any age or fitness level – this isn’t a bootcamp.

Highlights
The retreat is designed to keep you active and energised without overwhelming you. Each day begins with a gentle yoga session (Hatha, Restorative, or Vinyasa).
After a healthy breakfast, there’ll be a three to four-hour guided hike through breathtaking local scenery, with trails that are scenic, soul-stirring, and largely off the beaten track. Post-lunch is free to spend as you like – relax by the pool, read, nap, or ask about personal fitness sessions, which can be arranged for €40 an hour on request.
All the activities are suitable for any age or fitness level, so the programme can be modified for those who need it. This is not a bootcamp. If you want to opt out of any of the activities and make your own plans, the choice is completely yours. You'll enjoy a massage as part of your programme, with additional treatments available on request and at a charge.
Rooms
There are six comfortable rooms at the villa – four rooms with double beds that can be booked for single or shared occupancy, and two rooms for single occupancy only. There are no TVs, but the host can provide books for quiet reading. Towels and basic toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, lotion) are supplied, and guests are welcome to bring additional personal items.
Ideal for solo travellers, these rooms have a double bed and a view of the pool. You’ll share a bathroom with another standard room occupant.
What’s on the menu
You’ll dine with your fellow guests in a sociable, communal setting. There are also visits to atmospheric tavernas so you can experience authentic Greek hospitality.
Location
The villa has a beautiful clifftop perch in the seaside village of Dikastika, an unspoiled stretch of the Attica coast with a popular beach club and watersports. You’re close to the seaside town of Marathon here – famous for its ancient battlefield – and around an hour’s drive from cosmopolitan Athens. Guided tours to the capital can be arranged for a fee. The area combines rural calm with a rich historical backdrop, with archaeological sites, coastal walking routes and traditional villages nearby.
The nearest airport is Athens International. Return airport transfers are included in the retreat programme, with your host meeting you on arrival. The journey to the villa takes around 35 minutes.
