The Anantara's philosophy is rooted in Thailand and the spa at Peace Haven is fusing ancient Ayurveda with modern Spa rituals. You can meet the in-house Ayurvedic doctor for a consultation, learn about your dosha and how to improve your health and wellbeing. In addition to a generous selection of Ayurvedic treatments, their spa menu offers a wide range of therapies including Anantara's signature treatments, massages, facials and body treatments. Private yoga, fitness and meditation classes can be arranged. Anantara is using indigenous herbs and spices in their treatments.
The spa facilities include treatment rooms (Ayurvedic, reflexology and facial), relaxation areas and a beauty salon.The hotel facilities include 25 metre split level infinity pool, separate kids' pool, yoga and meditation pavilion, fitness centre, tennis and badminton courts. The hotel also offers scheduled nature walks with the Nature Guru. These are 1,5 hours long and you will learn about the rich biodiversity of this part of Sri Lanka. What’s on the menu
Il Mare is an iconic Italian restaurant overlooking the ocean where you can savour fine Italian cuisine including the catch of the day. El Vino offers tapas paired with carefully selected wines. Head to Poolside Bar for some mid-day refreshments. The Lobby Lounge serves an afternoon tea and in the evening you can socialise over snacks, shisha and cocktails.
If you pre-book your stay on Half board you can take your meals at Journeys. Full board can be taken at Journeys and the Pool Bar.
You can also book on All Inclusive basis which will include à la carte lunch and dinner at any restaurant, selected alco and non-alco drinks, bottle of sparkling wine served upon arrival, mini bar refilled once per stay (does not include the wine-bar in room), daily high tea experience, laundry once during the stay (4 items) and one spa treatment during the stay.

Location
Please note that sea water can be quite rough at times, a spectacular sight to see, but not always good for swimming.
Nearest airport
There is a direct flight from London to Colombo which takes approximately 11 hours and is operated by Sri-Lankan Airlines.Transfer time by car is approximately 2.5 hrs from Colombo airport to the hotel.
You can also fly to Mattala International airport which is 1 hour 15 minutes drive away.
