Zoya is a relatively new dedicated wellness retreat located in the quieter Emirate of Ajman, easily reachable from Dubai, and providing an easy to get to destination in the sun all year round. It is the first fully integrated wellness offering in the area with a combination of diagnostic and medical services, rejuvenating and stress busting spa treatments alongside fitness and nutrition for better health. There are a variety of programmes available ranging from Detox, Weight Loss to Relaxation and Immunity Support. Zoya has an impressive Physiotherapy Unit with the latest equipment and highly qualified therapists to tailor the treatments for the guests individual movement and pain issues.

Zoya's motto is not to treat the symptoms but to go deeper and find the underlying factors that lead to health challenges. Their medical team will guide you on every step of your wellbeing journey with a detailed health assessment, and will create a programme that is just right for you. You can choose from various retreat options including weight management, anti-aging & rejuvenation, gut health or physiotherapy. As a resort that opened its doors in 2022, you can expect the latest medical and wellness innovations and equipment.

The diagnostic centre offers IV vitamins and mineral serums, BMI measurement, colonics, heavy metals check, HRT and more.

The physiotherapy department will help you with any physical ailments or aid in rehabilitation. Their team of professionals include highly trained sport and physical therapists and remedial instructors that carry out an extensive list of physiotherapy treatments such as manual therapy, ultrasound, electro therapy, cryotherapy, 4D spinal analysis, strength analysis and much more.

The spa facilities include 11 treatment rooms, sauna, hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, Vichy shower, Turkish hammam, steam bath, hot and cold indoor pools and private scrub room. Zoya offers a wide range of aesthetics and anti-ageing treatments as well as selection of massages, scrubs, wraps and bath rituals for overall relaxation and pampering.

If you wish to get some exercise there is a well equipped medical gym. You can also attend group fitness classes or have a private PT session (extra cost).

Rooms

There are 60 accommodation units and 1 Royal Suite. Each room overlooks the golf course and mangrove forest behind it. Some rooms have private terraces. Rooms and suites are all decorated in natural and subtle colors to help you relax and unwind. To aid your wellness journey, rooms are equipped with diffusers, alkine water and organic tea setup.

If you are looking for something more special and intimate, book Zoya's Royal suite which has a private couples massage parlour, infrared sauna, Turkish hammam and steam bath!

Deluxe Room

This room is 28 - 40 SqM and has no balcony.

Room have floor to ceiling windows with the views of the golf course and mangrove forest beyond.

There is a separate bathroom with a shower.
