The team at Daois Cove have created a pioneering wellbeing hub in the form of their KEPOS by Goco Spa which combines holistic approaches with innovative technology. Their focus is on offering treatments that boost immunity, improve stamina and make you glow from the inside out with methods solidly based on proven breakthroughs in science and medicine. These revolutionary innovations and cutting-edge treatments include cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions, colonic hydrotherapy and thorough diagnostic tests including epigenetics.The therapeutic water circuit uses thermal waters which consists of a thermal bathing suite with Finnish sauna, steam room, soft sauna, experience shower walk and steam room. There is also a heated vitality pool with neck and back jets.
If you are into fitness you will be happy to hear that Daios Cove partnered with BXR London - a high end boxing gym to offer very comprehensive training experience. The gym has state-of-an-art training tools and equipment. There is also an outdoor training area and a cardio area. The mind & Body studio offers yoga, Pilates, aerial yoga, sound bath healing and gyrokinesis.
As well as all this the spa has 9 treatment rooms, 2 double wellness suites, leisure pool, private hammam suite and Thai massage suite. There are number of non invasive facials and body treatments for those who want a bit of pampering, as well as a beauty salon.

What’s on the menu
If you book your stay in one of the rooms your price will automatically include half board which is breakfast and dinner at Pangea Restaurant (buffet). You can also opt for a dine around option which will allow you to eat in any a la carte restaurant for dinner with an allowance of €20 per person which will be deducted from your food bill.
If you book your stay in suite or villa you will get the All Inclusive experience where your meals and selection of beverages will be included as well as the wellness-specific menu in each restaurant, curated by the team at KĒPOS by Goco, the pioneering hub of wellbeing at the Cove.
