What’s on the menu
All food is carefully prepared and combines the right mix of flavours. Not only are the hotel's own garden-grown fruit and veg used, other locally sourced ingredients are too. Part of the charm is that the chefs ritualistically visit the local fish markets each morning to buy the best and freshest catch of the day. For those with a sweet-tooth, the homemade ice cream is the icing on the cake.
Breakfast is included in your stay and offers the 'anytime, anywhere' concept. Chefs can also create daily bespoke menu based on your personal preferences or your recommended Ayurvedic guidelines and desired results. We strongly encourage you to book your stay with full board if you want to do Panchakarma or any other Ayurveda based programme.
