Wellness
Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena’s spa is using the healing benefits of its mineral waters which were discovered in 12th century by local monks. These waters contain sulphates, sodium-calcium, hypothermal and medium mineralised water which can help wide range of issues such as digestive and metabolic issues, improving liver cell activity, activates blood flow, relaxes the muscles and promote a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
A hydrothermal complex consists of two mineral-medicinal thermal pools, indoor and outdoor (heated). Spa also features 16 treatment rooms, several jacuzzis, bubble seats, different under and above the water jets, as well as a relaxation area. The average water temperature is 32º - 34ºC. There is also gym and outdoor terrace by the pool.

What’s on the menu
Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena has one restaurant called Converso. It serves dishes that blend traditional recipes with modern twists. Using high quality seasonal produce and ingredients, most of them are home grown in their own organic kitchen garden. Menu is balanced and fresh but we do not recommend this place for anyone who is trying to lose weight or looking for restrictive diet plan. Hotel has a wine cellar and La Cilla gastro bar that serves sharing plates and snacks.
In the summer months you can enjoy your meals on the lovely outdoor terrace too.
Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena also produces its very own wine 'Converso' which is internationally awarded and limited production red wine.
Your stay will include daily breakfast. Meals for lunch and dinner can be purchased directly at the hotel as they don't offer half board or full board meal plans.
