Overview
At the heart of the hotel is a lake-like pool – the largest on the island, in fact, which comes with a side helping of smart cushioned loungers. Elsewhere among the landscaped grounds you’ll find NOŪS Spa, a futuristic looking space for soothing treatments and expert-led Pilates, with a wedge-shaped indoor-outdoor pool.
Guests can dine in two restaurants – the all-day Pool Restaurant and Elio’s Italian American Chophouse. If you fancy a change of scene, the capital, Fira, is just a 10-minute drive away, lining up authentic tavernas alongside treasure-trove boutiques and Santorini’s signature blue-domed churches.
Families are welcome here. While there’s no kids’ club, babysitting can be arranged with 24-hour notice (additional cost). NOŪS Spa is open to guests aged 16 and over.

Nestled in the heart of the resort, the fashionable NOŪS Spa is designed to melt away stress and restore balance. Guests can pre-book tailored wellness programmes or choose from a flexible menu of treatments, rituals, and therapies. All use Naxos Apothecary products, crafted from the island’s potent natural ingredients and reflecting its rich flora.
Facilities include five treatment rooms, a steam room, dry sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, outdoor yoga shala, Reformer Pilates machines, and a fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment. There’s also an indoor swimming pool which leads out to the landscaped grounds, and a beauty salon.

NOŪS Santorini has 129 rooms, bungalows and suites – some with private pools. Most rooms accommodate two guests, with the Pool Bungalow and Junior Suite sleeping up to three, the Pool Suite up to four, and the Two-Bedroom Pool Suite up to five.
All rooms are bright and airy with a modern, minimalist aesthetic. The architecture blends contemporary style with Cycladic influences, incorporating natural materials and textures that reflect the island.
Just so you know, a Climate Resilience Fee of €10 per room, per night is payable at the hotel.

What’s on the menu
NOŪS Santorini has two restaurants, each with an accompanying bar. The Pool Restaurant is an all-day dining venue serving salads, pasta, grilled meats, light bites and desserts. Elio’s Chophouse, meanwhile, takes inspiration from Italian American cuisine, specialising in Italian favourites alongside classic steakhouse dishes, with a nod to New York’s fine dining scene.
All restaurants and bars have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. While healthier options are available, NOŪS Santorini is very much about indulgence rather than a diet-focused retreat.
