The chefs at Rudra Sahashrara support the retreat’s holistic vision by serving delicious, Indo-herbal, Ayurvedic-inspired vegetarian cuisine. Guided by the philosophy of using organically grown, locally sourced ingredients from neighboring farms, they craft an authentic vegetarian menu that embraces the harmony of the six essential tastes—sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. The menu features fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and dairy.
Rudra Sahashrara practices conscious cooking, incorporating mindfulness, spirituality, and the power of sound through mantras and chanting. Every dish is prepared with positive intention, gratitude, and sacred chants, aiming to enhance your overall dining experience, improve digestion, and support emotional well-being.
