Longevity Senses Cascais Boutique Hotel & Clinic
Cascais, Portugal
Overview
The newest addition to the Longevity family, Longevity Senses Cascais is a boutique, adults‑only wellness clinic overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from pine-clad hills. Despite its elevated, secluded setting, it’s just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of cosmopolitan Cascais and the golden sands of Guincho Beach.
This is a boutique hotel spread across three charming, mustard-painted buildings – some cloaked in ivy and pink blooms and linked by lawned gardens. At the heart of it all is the Longevity Clinic, a marble-cloaked wellness hub where integrative health and preventative medicine meet personalised programmes, anti‑ageing therapies and restorative spa treatments rooted in science and holistic principles.
Outside, you’ll find an ocean-facing pool to relax by between treatments, neighboured by the Sea Senses restaurant which serves Mediterranean favourites with a view.

Wellness
The Longevity Clinic is the beating heart of this retreat, guided by integrative medicine and centred on the ‘Diamond of Your Wellbeing’ concept, which is built around five dimensions: medical, body, dietetic, serenity and aesthetic. Each plays a role in supporting lasting health, balance and the joy of living well. Goal-focused programmes centre on the likes of detox, weight loss and fitness, and include medical consultations, health procedures, lab diagnostics and regenerative technologies – all with the aim of restoring equilibrium and promoting long-term wellbeing.
The spa menu is long and varied, with advanced medical treatments like IV infusions, ozone therapy and colon hydrotherapy sitting alongside osteopathy, body therapies and aesthetic care.
As for the facilities, they include a heated indoor hydrotherapy pool (in addition to the main outdoor pool), a sauna, hammam, ice fountain, sensory shower, relaxation areas and a well-equipped gym. Daily group activities are included for wellness programme guests, with one-to-one sessions available at an extra cost, while those on B&B stays can join activities for a fee.

Location
The retreat is on the outskirts of charming Cascais, with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from its hillside perch. The restaurants and cafés of the town centre – and the nearest beach – are less than a five-minute drive (or 30-minute downhill walk) away. Scenic cycling and walking paths surround the area, and bicycles are available for hire.
There are world-class golf courses nearby, and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Sintra is around 30 to 40 minutes from here. Airport transfers from Lisbon, meanwhile, take 45 minutes.
