Goal focused programmes include medical consultations and health procedures, laboratory diagnostics and regenerative technologies all designed to restore one's balance and support long-term health.

The extensive spa menu features a wide range of therapies, from advanced medical and technological treatments (such as laboratory tests, IV infusions, ozone therapy, and colon hydrotherapy) to osteopathy, body therapies, and aesthetic care.

Facilities include outdoor salt water pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Spa features indoor heated hydropool, sauna, hammam, ice fountain, sensory shower, relaxation area and gym overlooking the sea. There is a daily group activity schedule in place. These activities are included complimentary if you are on a wellness programme but chargeable for those on B&B stay only. One to one sessions are available at extra cost.

Hotel enjoys close proximity to number of beautiful beaches (nearest sandy beach is 30 minutes walk away). Praia da Duquesa, Praia da Conceição and Praia da Rainha beaches offer calm waters, soft sand, and are perfect for swimming or relaxing. They're also close to the town center. The hotel is located in the charming town of Cascais, just minutes from the beach and the town’s historic centre. World-class golf courses are nearby, and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Sintra is also easily accessible. While the hotel offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean, it is not situated directly on the beach. The nearest sandy beach is approximately a 30-minute walk away.
