About Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa

Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa is a family friendly waterfront hotel in Lido di Jesolo, directly across the lagoon from Venice. With a private beach, sea-view rooms and an award-winning spa, it strikes the perfect balance between relaxing and exploring. Venice is accessible by public transport, making day trips super straightforward.

Interiors are chic and contemporary, with lots of glass and a neutral colour palette that lets the spectacular surroundings take centre stage. Outside, you’ll find a palm-lined swimming pool connected to the sand and Adriatic Sea via a footbridge. There’s a smaller one just for children, too.

The adults-only Almablu Spa has clocked up numerous awards, and focuses on measurable wellbeing outcomes, with hydrotherapy pools, thermal facilities and treatment programmes inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Elsewhere, there are two restaurants serving up Italian and international cuisine, with healthy and indulgent options – including tailored menus for guests on detox stays.

The impeccably designed Almablu Spa exists to release tension and restore balance, with the added bonus of beautiful sea views. A striking glass tunnel links an indoor pool to the resort’s 70-metre heated outdoor pool, which is partially covered for all weathers. Treatments are exclusively designed for Almablu using the spa’s own prestigious product range.

Wellness programmes combine treatments and activities for postural training, gentle detoxing and inner harmony. Facilities include an indoor whirlpool, Finnish sauna, Himalayan salt sauna, steam bath, ice room, Kneipp therapy, multi-sensory shower, relaxation areas, treatment rooms, and a gym with top-of-the-range equipment and wraparound windows.

The philosophy here is that meals are not just fuel, but experiences to be savoured. LOCATION

Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa is on a private beach in Lido di Jesolo, directly across the water from Venice. A stroll along the promenade from the resort to the town’s shops and restaurants takes around 20 minutes. To visit Venice, guests can take a bus from near the resort to the dock (approximately 35 minutes), followed by a 25-minute boat ride across the lagoon. Venice Marco Polo Airport is roughly 30 minutes away by car.

The service was 1st Class and everyone in the hotel was courteous, friendly, polite and very professional. They all spoke good English too! I loved my room with the sea view/balcony and everything was so clean and modern. It is a huge hotel complex and there was never any noise! If there was one thing I would change and that would be to see more food options on the dinner menu. However, the breakfast choice is amazing - so much food to suit all and excellent waiter service :-)

Almar Jesolo exceeded my expectations. The service here is incredible and I loved being able to enjoy a luxury spa and the beach right outside the hotel but also being able to go into Venice.
