Es Racó d’Artà is a beautifully renovated 13th-century farmhouse in Mallorca’s peaceful north-east. Spread across 220 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, and organic gardens, it’s a haven for walkers, cyclists, and anyone looking to reconnect with nature.
The retreat combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Expect contemporary, calming rooms, holistic spa therapies, and farm-to-table dining – along with a packed schedule of daily activities. Guests can enjoy yoga, meditation, and workshops rooted in Mallorcan culture. Think basket weaving, clay art, mindful cooking, and sound healing. There are also e-bikes available for getting out and exploring the serene surrounds.
Just so you know, this is an adults-only retreat, suitable for 14 years and over.
At Es Racó d’Artà, wellness is all about balance. The retreat offers holistic therapies including massages, facials, rituals, and Watsu (in-water body work) to relax and restore equilibrium. Its certified medical clinic is led by Dr Felip Ramis, and provides integrative medicine programmes for detox, pain management, anti-ageing, chronic conditions, and cancer support. Guests can also benefit from nutrition consultations with Gemma Bes, a specialist with over 20 years’ experience.
The wellness facilities include five treatment rooms, an indoor pool (there's also an outdoor pool among the grounds), a sauna, steam room, yoga and meditation shala, and an outdoor gym. There are daily guided yoga and meditation classes to suit all levels.
There are 31 rooms and villas here – all offering mountain and countryside views. The hotel owner is an architect, so they’re design-led spaces dressed in calming neutrals, with natural materials and organic fabrics. All rooms support a no-visible technology ethos (the TV is hidden), so you can try to switch off completely and have a digital detox.
Es Racó d'Arta is located in a renovated 13th-century farmhouse in Mallorca’s tranquil north-east, around 38 kilometres from Alcudia and one hour’s drive from Palma Airport. Made up of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden, it’s ideal for walking, hiking and cycling.
The town of Artà, known for its historic architecture, local markets and cultural attractions, is a 30-minute walk away. The hotel has e-bikes you can use free of charge.
