The name Fontsanta is derived from the Roman term 'Font Santa,' meaning holy fountain, referring to the healing waters that emerge from underground at a temperature of 38°C. The waters of their thermal spa are highly mineralized, with a high concentration of chlorine and sodium, giving the water a distinctly salty taste. Other elements such as magnesium, calcium, sulphur, fluorine, and potassium are also present in lower concentrations. These waters are beneficial for respiratory tract issues, skin conditions, blood circulation, and various musculoskeletal problems such as joint issues, and they can help reduce inflammation, pain, and muscular tension.

The wellness facilities at Fontsanta include the 'Bathing Area,' which features a thermal water pool with various underwater jets, a Finnish sauna, and a steam bath. In the 'Tonification Area,' guests can enjoy an ice fountain, a bucket shower, and a sensation shower. There is also a quiet room for ultimate relaxation and an exclusive area with water beds. In the thermal bath area, you’ll find fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, and infused water to hydrate your body and replenish minerals.
