About Palmaia - The House of Aia

On a private stretch of the Riviera Maya’s dazzling coastline, Palmaïa – The House of AïA harmonises chic, nature-inspired design with a beachfront setting and jungle surrounds. Access to the resort is intentionally discreet, via a neighbouring hotel and a golf cart ride.

Wellbeing here is experiential and inspired by ancient Maya traditions, offering guests the space to reset and reconnect at their own pace. The holistic programme features more than 50 weekly sessions – from yoga and meditation to sound rituals, cacao, and forgiveness ceremonies – all guided by experienced practitioners.

Nutritious cuisine is shaped around a unique Nourishing Biome programme, where gourmet dishes are crafted for maximum nutrition and enjoyment. Other highlights include four infinity pools, mangrove-hidden Jacuzzis, a beach club, juice bar, and stylish Balinese daybeds.

Children are welcome here – there’s dedicated family accommodation and a mini aqua park, plus activities tailored to families and little ones.

Wellness at Palmaia - The House of Aia

Wellbeing and spirituality shape the experience at Palmaïa – The House of AïA. With more than 20 included classes and ceremonies, guests are free to shape their own journey. No prior experience is needed, and guidance is gentle.

For deeper relaxation, Atlantis – The Spa in the Jungle is a sanctuary shrouded in nature. Treatments focus on restoring balance by working with the body’s nine energy centres, supporting harmony and vitality. These are optional and charged separately.

What’s on the menu?

Menus are centred on nourishing cuisine – predominantly plant-based, so this is a top choice for vegetarians and vegans. That said, meat and fish can be added for those who prefer it.

The resort’s Nourishing Biome philosophy looks to remove modern dietary irritants rather than prescribing strict rules. Expect no refined sugars or seed oils, minimal processed foods, organic produce wherever possible, and sourdough breads made with natural fermented starters and unbleached flours.

Dining spans four themed restaurants showcasing global flavours. LEK delivers refined international cuisine with Mexican influences, Su Casa offers relaxed oceanfront dining from morning to night, UME spotlights Asian fusion fare, and Mar de Olivo serves modern Mediterranean dishes. There’s also a pop-up taco van, Eolo Beach Club with jungle beats, a vegan juice bar, and pool bars serving fresh fruit cocktails.

Stays are fully all-inclusive, covering all meals and drinks, including alcohol. Breakfast and lunch are served à la carte, with dinner presented as the nightly chef’s selection.

Your accommodation at Palmaia - The House of Aia
