The spa is the heart and soul of SHA Wellness Clinic. The wellness area is divided into Occident, Orient and Balance treatment rooms and uses a blend of Eastern and Western medicine. There is an exceptional team of doctors and therapists. The SHA Method integrates effective therapies with highly therapeutic nutrition and includes 8 key parts; healthy nutrition, natural therapies, healthy living academy, inner balance, anti-aging, non-invasive aesthetic medicine, fitness and cognitive. What’s on the menu
Food is a key part of the wellness programme and there are 3 different daily menus (including a slimming one) depending on individual needs and goals. If you are on a non-weight loss programme, you can choose between the SHA or Light menu. The healthy food is based on grains, fish and vegetable proteins – no meat is served here. All portions are nutritional, very dense and tasty. Special tea and supplements are prescribed during your nutritional consultation which you have at every meal.

Nearest airport
The transfer time from Alicante Airport is approx. 45 minutes by car. There are plenty of direct flights from London to Alicante throughout the year and the flight time is approx. 2.5 hours.
