FX Mayr Active

at OCÉANO Health Spa Hotel

Mayr Medicine focuses on therapeutic fasts to rest the digestive tract. After sensitive diagnostics, the patient is individually treated and guided according to the following therapeutic principles: rest, cleansing, education, substitution and sports. This Mayr Active module focuses on mindfulness, which is trained and developed with specially designed treatments, methods and applications.. Programme is designed for 14 nights.

  • 1 Initial medical examination
  • 1 Final medical examination
  • 1 Laboratory test
  • 2 Medical abdominal treatment
  • 1 Colon hydrotherapy *
  • 2 Therapeutic massages (50 minutes)
  • 2 Body wrap in the water bed (30 minutes)
  • 1 BIA bio-impedance analysis
  • 1 HRV (Heart rate variability)
  • 3 Personal trainings
  • 2 Aqua fitness
  • 5 Free participation in group yoga and relaxation programme
  • Complimentary group activity classes: Nordic walking, relaxation, awakening at the sea as per schedule (not on Sundays)
  • Complimentary access to the spa, seawater heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, gym, Finnish sauna and bio-coloured light sauna
  • Mayr full board for 10 days
  • Water, tea and Epsom salts daily

*During the initial examination, your doctor will determine whether colon hydrotherapy is appropriate for you. If necessary, it will be replaced. 


We recommend arriving between Monday and Thursday to fully benefit from your programme. Doctors are not available on Sundays. Guests arriving on Saturdays will have their initial consultation on Monday. For all other arrivals, the initial medical consultation usually takes place the following day.
