The purpose here is to take care of your body and mind which is achieved through their signature treatments including physiotherapy, osteopathy, dietetics, sports coaching, water care, beauty and functional rehabilitation. Vichy is a well established brand with long standing expertise so you are in safe hands. Their programmes are varied and specific including slimming, detox or stress and burn out to post cancer recovery or pain management. And don't forget the water and Thalasso part - the Vichy classics!
Wellness facilities include sauna, heated seawater swimming pool equipped with a swimming pool circuit, gooseneck and bubble mattress, outdoor swimming pool, Thalassotherapy room, treatment rooms, Cryotherapy, hammam with steam, sensory shower, waterfall shower, fitness centre, cardio studio, yoga studio, relaxation room, hairdressers and nail salon. Please note that both pools are with sea water and are heated.

What’s on the menu
There are several restaurants to choose from here. Trained in Vichy, the Chef offers healthy cuisine in Vichy Célestins mineral water and low-temperature cooking that skilfully perfumes the Moroccan and European culinary traditions. If you are following a dedicated wellness programme, you'll meet with the nutritionist and each meal will be personalised to meet your goals. Their 'The Sense' restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and is the main place where guests on a wellness programme will eat - no temptations guaranteed. There is also a sharing table available. If you pre book half or full board these meals will be either buffet or set menu.
