Sayanna Wellness at Epic Sana offers dedicated retreats. Retreats offer a carefully selected treatments as well as dedicated wellness assistance who will personalise your entire programme, set goals and objectives according to your needs and physical condition and capabilities. All retreats includes various services such as exercise, workshops, spa massages & treatments, relaxation and balanced meals.

The Sayanna Welless Spa & Fitness Centre is at the heart of Epic Sana. Strongly inspired by oriental treatments, the spa invites you to improve the wellbeing of your mind and body and offers a range of spa therapies including Vichy water treatments and relaxing massages. The spa is strictly for over 16’s only.

Facilities include 8 treatment rooms, a Vichy shower room, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor spa relaxation pool (adults only), another indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre (open 24 hours a day).

Sayanna Reconnect

Short break programme that focuses on the emotional wellbeing being through a combination of outdoor activities, meditation practices or a possibility of enjoying a sensorial experience. Indulge in a serene atmosphere away from the daily hustle and bustle while discovering how guilty pleasures can enhance mental well-being and connection with nature.

Sayanna Reshape

Physical exercise combined with a balanced diet is the key to a healthier life. Choose the programme according to one of 2 goals - weight loss or improvement of physical condition.

Sayanna Yoga

Weight loss, strong and flexible body, glowing skin, peaceful mind, good health - whatever you may be looking for, yoga has to offer. This is a 5 nights retreat.

What’s on the menu?

Each retreat includes a specific meal plan. Meals are served in Abyad restaurant

Mindfulness retreat includes breakfast buffet.

Yoga retreat includes half board which is buffet breakfast and dinner.

De Stress and Body & Soul Detox retreat includes full board with breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 healthy juices a day.

Reshape retreat comes with breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 snacks (mid morning and afternoon).

Your accommodation at Epic Sana Retreats

There are 229 rooms and suites in total including 162 rooms, 24 garden suites and 43 resort suites and ranging from Deluxe to Deluxe Suites. All rooms have a modern design and state-of-the-art facilities and all enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Deluxe room with Resort Views are blocked for clients on the Retreat programme. Upgrade to another room category can be arranged at extra cost.

This room is 32m2 and can accommodate up to 2 adults. They are in the main building. The rooms have a king-size bed or twin beds with a private balcony or decking terrace overlooking the resort and gardens. They have a private en-suite bathroom with shower (walk-in/rain shower) and a bathtub. Facilities include hairdryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, bathrobe and slippers, LED screen TV, digital TV channels, telephone, coffee machine, mini-bar, air-conditioning and safe.

LOCATION

Only a short walk inland from the beaches, Epic Sana is hidden along the road from Albufeira. Both Vilamoura and Albuferia are only a short distance away.

For a lovely coastal cliff top walk you can walk to Vilamoura marina in 45 minutes for restaurants and boutiques.

I had a fabulous 5 night stay at Epic Sana, Algarve with some friends. Wellbeingescapes put together a package of daily personal training sessions and spa treatments. I opted for half board and was so glad that I did, the food was amazing with different freshly prepared options every day. The quality was amazing. There were so many pools that there was plenty of space for everyone, no rushing out to secure a sun bed in the morning and the empty beach was just a few minutes walk away. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this has to be one of the best in terms of quality, service and cleanliness. I have booked my return trip for next year already!
