PROGRAMME

Oceano Strong Back

at OCEANO Health Spa Hotel

Movement is one of the central elements for physical well-being. Our experienced specialists and therapists help you to relieve pain and regain mobility. Existing blockages are gently released and the self-healing powers activated with the help of anti-inflammatory seawater treatments and packs. The treatments are also suitable for chronic pain disorders of the musculoskeletal system, after sports injuries and generally helpful to increase physical performance. In addition, moderate strength training in the affiliated Centre of Healthy Motion helps to strengthen the muscles and find more fun in physical activity again. Programme is designed for 7 nights.
Included in your 7 day programme
  • Medical consultation
  • 2 Rugener chalk pack in waterbed (30 minutes each)
  • 2 Therapeutic massages (50 minutes)
  • 3 Physiotherapy sessions (50 minutes)
  • 1 Osteopathy session (50 minutes)
  • 1 Seawater bath with hydromassages (30 minutes each)
  • 2 Aqua fitness (30 minutes)
  • 5 Participation in group yoga and relaxation programme
  • Complimentary group activity classes: Nordic walking, relaxation, awakening at the sea as per schedule (not on Sundays)
  • Complimentary access to the spa, seawater heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, gym, Finnish sauna and bio-coloured light sauna
  • Half Board (breakfast and 3 course 'Balance menu' dinner) for 7 nights

Please note for arrivals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, it might take up to 48 hrs until your initial medical consultation. We recommend arriving between Mon- Thursday to fully benefit from your programme.
